How do deliveries work at Dollsy?
Free delivery on orders over €200!
What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days from validation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The average delivery time is then between 12 and 16 working days from the date of shipment.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification. You can track its progress in real time via our dedicated page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return an item?
The refund and return policy is strictly governed by the "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE" and the "REFUND POLICY" which can be found on our website.
How do I request a return?

Are there any return fees?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped.
Contact us quickly via our contact form, or by email dollsy_@hotmail.com, indicating your order number.
I did not receive a confirmation email after my payment, what should I do?
If your payment has been successfully processed, your order is registered. The confirmation email may be in your spam folder.
If you can't find anything, contact us via our contact form, specifying:
- Your full name
- Your email address used when placing the order
We will send you your confirmation shortly.
