1. Delivery Zones
DOLLSY ships its products to the worldwide , subject to the areas served by the carriers and any restrictions specific to certain countries.
2. Processing and shipping times
The orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of their validation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
THE average delivery time is then between 12 and 16 working days from the date of shipment.
These timeframes are indicative only and may vary depending on:

and exceptional circumstances (bad weather, strikes, blockades, customs controls, etc.).
3. Delivery costs
The standard delivery charges are as follows:

Free delivery:
The delivery is free for any order of an amount from €200 , regardless of the destination.
Customs duties or local taxes may be applied by the authorities of the destination country. If applicable, these remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order tracking
As soon as the order is shipped, a tracking number is sent by email to the customer to allow them to track the delivery of their package in real time on the carrier's website.
The customer is advised to check this tracking regularly and to contact us in case of doubt or apparent blockage.
5. Delays and liability
DOLLSY makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, the store cannot be held responsible for delivery delays when these are attributable to:

to the customs services,

or to circumstances beyond our control (strike, exceptional event, force majeure, etc.).
In the event of a delivery problem, DOLLSY remains available to assist the customer in their dealings with the carrier and to seek, as far as possible, a suitable solution.
